SHIPPING POLICY
All items will be shipped 24 hrs after payment is received. It is the customer responsibility to ensure that correct address is provided for shipping. Customers will be provided with a tracking number to track all orders. ALWAYS TRENDING will NOT be held responsible for damaged merchandise caused by US Postal Service, Fed Ex, or UPS. We will remain loyal and honest to our customers. Every items will be photographed and examined before shipped. PAYMENT POLICY
You must create an account on our home page in order for you to process your payment. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to process your payment. Although, a Paypal account is profitable. Once payment is received, you will receive a receipt and your order will be shipped within 24 hrs. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you pay for your order, you will NOT be able to cancel the order. However, there is an EXCEPTION. You can contact customer service to discuss your reason for cancellation. PLEASE NOTE!!! If you mistakenly ordered an item that is not in stock or you ordered an incorrect size, that can be corrected. However, if you decide you do not want the items you ordered, we WILL NOT be able to cancel the order nor can we provide you with a refund. RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

VIRGIN HAIR POLICY
NO REFUNDS!!! NO EXCHANGES!!! Owner will stand firm on this policy due to health issues. If by any chance, customer has a valid reason and owner makes an exception to exchange the hair, the hair must be in proper packaging and the wrap must not be popped off the hair bundle. NO EXCEPTION! If hair was shipped to you, you are responsible for paying shipping cost to return the hair to the company. Thanks!
PRE-ORDER POLICY
